(a) Junior Wing-I (JW-I) for JW(E) (b) Junior Wing-II (JW-II) for JW(U) 2. Uniform will be of the same pattern of the existing English medium both for Boys & Girls. 3. Tuition fee in all the classes will be the same as the existing English Medium Fee. **___________________**   TEST COACHING CLASSES FOR SSC & HSSC LEVEL (No. PEC/Circular/2008, dated October 7,2008) In order to improve the educational standard and to enhance the performance of the students, with a view to show better result in the forthcoming board examination, PEC management has decided to start extra coaching classes for classes IX, X, XI & XII from 8th October, 2008. The schedule is as under. 1. Extra Coaching Classes will be conducted from Sunday to Thursday with 2 tests a week. 2. Two (2) periods of 40 minutes each will be held just after school. (1.15 p.m to 2.135 p.m) 3. Students to arrange their own transport for the extra coaching classes. 4. As the staff and the management are putting in their best efforts to benefit the students, therefore, the attendance of the students is compulsory and the absentees will be dealt seriously. 5. Parents are requested to co-operate in this regard and acknowledge.    **___________________**   EXTRA COACHING CLASSES FOR CLASS XI AND XII Extra coaching for different subjects in view to improve the educational standard, students performance and better result in the forth coming Board Exams , will be started w.e.f  9th March, 2008 to 10th April, 2008. Schedule: 1. All Saturdays:- Special classes will be held for practical in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Computer Science anf FinrArts/Eco. (Timing  07:45 - 1200hrs) 2. Daily Extra Classes a) Teaching:- 04 days teaching classes with 2 periods each 40 minutes (from 01:15 to 2:35 hrs) b) Tests:        Every Thursday test will be taken 3. School Transport will be provided only to those students who are availing the school transport facility at the end of extra classes daily. Other students have to arrange their own transport as usual. On Saturday, all the students including those who are using school transport will arrange for their own transport 4. Syllabus/Practical/Test covered during these practical classes will not be repeated. 5. As the staff and management are put in extra efforts, the attendance of these classes is compulsory and the absentees will be dealt with strictly.   NEW FLEET OF VEHICLES PEC have purchased 12 Daewoo buses 60 seaters each.  One Daewoo bus 60 seaters was donated by the Embassy of Pakistan. PEC has purchased three Mitsubishi (Rosa) 30 seaters. These (13+3) 16 vehicles will replace the hired and own fleet. New drivers have arrived and the fleet will effective after getting their driving license.                                                                              **___________________**                                                                              PROMOTION CRITERIA FOR ANNUAL EXAMINATION        Passed in all subjects with 35% will be promoted. CRITERIA FOR THE SUBJECT COMBINATION IN CLASS-IX 1.       Pre-Medical (Bio-Chem- Phy)           Students passing class 8th in all subjects securing 60% marks in each of the following subjects will be given Pre Medical group. a.       English        (b).    Maths     (c.) Gen. Sc      (d)   Computer Science 2.       Computer science (Computer, Chem, Phy)           Students passing class 8th in all subjects securing 60% marks in each of the following subjects will be given computer science group. a.       English        (b).    Maths     (c.) Gen. Sc      (d)   Computer Science 3.       SCIENCE GENERAL GROUP (COMPUTER, GEN. SC,  ECONOMICS)       Students securing 55% marks in the following subjects will be given Science General group.            a.      English        (b).Maths         (c). General Sc.   (d)  Computer science    4.      (a).Humanities group for Boys  Arabic, Islamic studies, Gen. Sc (b) .Humanities group for girls (Eng. Medium) Islamic studies, Islamic History, Gen. Sc, H. Economics (c).   For any combination, there should be at least 15 students in the selected subjects.                                                                                                    **___________________**   GENERAL INFORMATION  1.         Promotion Formula              Annual Exam Promotion Formula is already circulated.              Cases of some FAILED students will be reconsidered as follows:                       (a)        The parents have to write an application.            (b)        Dues/Fee cleared upto date.             (e)        Under taking                          (i)     The child must clear the coming 1st term exam by securing 35%                                 35% marks   in each subject, otherwise he/she will be sent back to the                                  last class.                         (ii)       He/She must keep all subject Note Books completed duly signed                                       by the teachers.                         (iii)       No absentee or any Discipline involvement.                         (iv)        To follow the school “Code of Conduct” in true spirit.  2.         Mobile Phones OR any Restricted Item              (a)       Only to be returned at the end of the session after annual exam result.             (b)       Written application from Father with ID card attached.                       Not to repeat in future.  3.         R.P Renewal             (a)        No student is allowed to be admitted without valid Passport & R.P (only in certain cases                cases Principal approval is must).             (b)        Application for R.P must be initiated by the parents with ID card + Passport copy of the      s                     student attached.             (c)        Class Teacher to check the Hair cut/nails/shoes/uniform etc.             (d)        Note books duly completed, checked by subject teachers.             (e)        To follow the school “Code of Conduct” in true spirit.                                                             **___________________**
