DISCIPLINE, EDUCATION & ACTIVITIES

STUDENTS, STAFF & PARENTS

                   To  implement our  Motto in true spirit, it is the Duty / Responsibility of the V.Ps’ to look after their wings in more alert & vigilant way, They must maintain the following regularities with written record and must be able to discuss any of the topics whenever called.

DISCIPLINE

1.               Teacher’s attendance record / Leave Record / Teachers fixture record.

2.               In case of leaving school  IN / OUT register  at the reception hall be signed.

3.               The staff is warned to restrict  their mobile phones up to staff room only. If found in classes,  VeraVerandah, offices, laboratory, library or any other place it will be a violation of rules.

4.               Ensure that teachers wear gowns, notebooks are checked in the staff room and teachers do not taketake seats in the classes.

5.               No. gifts from the students / parents. No party/ gathering without prior permission.

6.               No visit to other wings, offices etc. without written permission.

7.               Daily Observation Book upto-date with a feed back to the Principal on the  scheduled days.

8.               Habitual absentees &  late comers are checked  &  proper remedial measures are taken.

9.               Fees defaulters & steps taken against them?

10.             Discipline duties in Break & at the end of the school is regularly performed . The duty team with the the  V.Ps’ must report  35 minutes later after the school off  to the Principal.

11.             Visitor Book in wings. Date, Name, Purpose of visit, Time, Contact No. Sign.

12.             Students Attendance Register be completed & at the end of month signed by Class Teachers &      Counter Sign by V.Ps.

13.             Students files are maintained (Admission form, valid passport copy, valid R.P. copy,                  p  hphotographs, special report to the parent, progress repots, computer result form etc. etc).

14.             Corporal punishment is strictly prohibited.

15.             From now onward all the four wings will be officially called and written as follows.

a)       Boys Wing     (Class V to Class XII)

b)       Girls Wing     (Class V to Class XII)

c)       Junior Wing   I

d)       Junior Wing  II

EDUCATION

1.     Checking of Teachers Academic Diary.

2.      Follow up of syllabus, Note Books completion & checked by subject Teachers, all Question / Answer  wwritten. (examples transferred to the note books)

3.      Regular Tests taken.  

4.      Dictation of a paragraph in English & Urdu from Class 1 to Class 8 at the end of the chapter is done.

5.      No. of essays, letters applications (English & Urdu) in each term must be increased.
        (decrease any 2 lessons).

6.      Teachers are in possession of A.V. aids.  (maps, charts, diagrams etc).

7.      In class 8 (G.Sc. & Maths) a chapter of each  subject of Class 9  Physics, Maths,
        Chemistry, Biology be added in 2nd term.

8.      A proper Home work schedule & Checking of students diary.

9.      Teacher Class-Report form.

10.   Prepared Notes/photo state copies are totally banned. (In Board classes 9,10,11,12 only the permitted      sections can be given at the end of  the chapter and it  should be named as Chapter Work Sheet).

11.  Promotion Formula is upto date and clear to the staff members.

12.  The instructions/ remarks of the Q.C.T. (Quality control team) be followed strictly to improve the   educeducational standard.

        13. Notice Board V.P. Offices  Time Table, list of teachers, Subject/Class Teachers, I/C.  Different    S           Sections, Academic calendar, Exams/terms test dates, No. of Students each class etc

        14. Paper for Exam     

a)      No. of Qs. be increased & marks allotted be decreased. So that students must remain engage in writing more more than half the time given to the paper.

b)   In final exam 50% portion / syllabus of the last term must be included.

c)    Pass percentage marks will be 35% in each subject.

d)    Question Papers must be according to modern evaluation techniques and be
      framed in such a way that students are prepared for Board Exams.

        15. To ensure  that class teachers have displayed the following in the classes.

a)                       Class Time Table, calendar of the year.

b)                      Students list, code of conduct, students conditionally promoted.

c)                       Proctor/ Monitor names.

d)                      Exam / Terms dates

e)                       Home work schedule.

 ACTIVITIES

 1.     V.Ps’ must be present daily in the Morning Assembly & the Assembly is done uniformly in all the wings wings on the pattern as circulated  earlier.

 2.    New faces/ the ignored students must be brought forward daily in the Morning Assembly  with a written r         record of the students / teachers performance done.

 3.    In addition to the normal teaching job, staff members to perform all the duties assigned & to
        participate in all the functions as & when required.
 

4.     V.Ps’ day to day meeting with staff. A brief report of the  meeting  be sent to main office. 

5.   The services of P.T.I.s in each wing be utilized fully.  They must take active part in preparing Teams for  different Indoor/Outdoor games & a teacher I/C. be detailed accordingly.  They have to arrange Inter  sports competitions etc. 

6.   The implementation of the “Code of Conduct” for the Students be not only assured, but it should be  oftenly repeated verbally by the students in Morning Assembly.  

7.    Once a Job assigned written or verbally must be completed in given time, without sending a reminder.

8.    Monthly short lecture by a teacher in the wing. Topic be given by the VP in advance. 

9.  Participation in curricular & Co-curricular activities held by local Government/ local schools etc be encouraged.
